There is no perfect answer and no need to finish everything at once. A worksheet can be a starting point for noticing patterns, naming a question, or deciding what you want to talk about next.
Start with what feels relevant.
Read the worksheet introduction and choose one topic that connects with what you are working on. You can leave questions blank or return to them later.
Make room for your own words.
Set aside a little quiet time. Write what fits your experience, without trying to produce the answer you think you should have.
Bring what you notice.
If you are in therapy, bring questions or observations into your next session. You decide what you want to share and what you want to keep private.
These educational resources support reflection and are not a substitute for individualized mental health care. If an exercise feels overwhelming, pause and discuss it with your therapist.
Before you begin.
Do I need to be an Endeavour client?
You are welcome to explore this resource page and our public articles whether or not you are a client. For personal support, contact our practice to ask about therapy options.
Can I bring a worksheet to therapy?
Yes. A completed worksheet, a few notes, or even a question you did not know how to answer can give you and your therapist a place to start.
Will my worksheet answers be sent to the practice?
This page does not collect worksheet responses. You choose whether and how to share anything you write with your therapist.
You do not have to figure it all out alone.
Endeavour Psychology Group offers individual and family therapy, with in-person sessions in Hermosa Beach and telehealth options. Ask about clinician fit and current availability.
