Support for the feelings you manage in public and carry home with you.

Ask about therapy ↗

You may be functioning and still be struggling.

Persistent worry can make ordinary decisions feel loaded. Low mood can leave you going through the motions, disconnected from things that used to matter. You might be meeting everyone’s expectations while feeling exhausted, irritable, overwhelmed, or alone.

At Endeavour Psychology Group, we offer therapy for anxiety and depression that considers both your symptoms and your life. We ask about relationships, responsibilities, identity, culture, and changes that may be adding to what you carry. Our work is collaborative, with room for understanding and practical steps.

What we can work on together.

Anxiety and persistent worry

Explore anxious predictions, panic, perfectionism, avoidance, and the need for reassurance. Learn to notice patterns and practice responding with more flexibility.

Depression and disconnection

Make sense of low mood, self-criticism, loss of interest, withdrawal, and changes in motivation. We work toward manageable routines, meaningful activity, and connection at a pace that fits your energy.

The relationship between feelings and context

Sometimes symptoms become more intense around conflict, caregiving, work stress, grief, or major transitions. We look at those pressures alongside how you understand yourself and relate to others.

A plan shaped around your needs.

We begin by learning what you are experiencing, how long it has been happening, and how it affects daily life. Your clinician will discuss goals and an approach suited to your needs, which may include cognitive and behavioral strategies, emotional awareness, grounding, and relational work.

We review what is helping and adjust together. When symptoms may be related to a medical condition, medication, or another concern, we can discuss coordination with an appropriate health professional with your consent.

Explore our clinicians or ask us to help identify a suitable fit. We offer in-person therapy in Hermosa Beach and California telehealth options, depending on clinician availability and clinical appropriateness. Natasha Behnam, Ph.D. also offers telehealth for clients located in Delaware.

When there is more to the story.

Anxiety and depression can overlap with trauma, relationship stress, or the effects of a loved one’s substance use. You can also explore trauma therapy, support for families impacted by addiction, and therapy for children and adolescents.

Our therapy worksheets offer reflection between sessions. They are educational resources and do not replace an individualized assessment or treatment plan.

Common questions

Do I need a diagnosis before contacting you?

No. You can begin by describing what has been difficult. Your clinician will assess your concerns and discuss appropriate options.

Can I work on anxiety and depression together?

Yes. They often overlap, and treatment can address the patterns and difficulties most relevant to you.

Do you prescribe medication?

Our practice provides therapy and psychological services. We can discuss a referral to a prescribing professional and coordination of care when appropriate.

What about fees and insurance?

We are an out-of-network practice, and many of our patients use insurance benefits to help cover their care. We can work with eligible out-of-network benefits according to the terms of your plan and provide documentation for reimbursement when needed. Because of our clinicians’ specialties, we may also be able to obtain a single-case agreement with your insurer when your plan allows it. Coverage, reimbursement, and approval depend on your individual plan. Contact us to explore the options available to you. Session fees vary by clinician and service; we will discuss fees before scheduling.
